• SmackDown Wrestler Out Of Action With A Legitimate Injury

A week ago on SmackDown, Elias was run over by a car, which led to him being written off TV.

Michael Cole provided an update on him on the last episode of SmackDown and said that he could be out of action for a couple of months.

POST Wrestling is reporting that Elias legitimately suffered a torn pectoral muscle, which is why he was written off TV using the hit-and-run angle. The injury was also mentioned by Cole as one of the many injuries Elias suffered due to the incident.

Elias last wrestled against King Corbin on the May 15th episode of SmackDown, in the first round of the Intercontinental Championship tournament.
