• Snoop Dogg Shows Support For His Cousin Sasha Banks After WWE Suspension

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks & Naomi walked out of last week’s RAW because they weren’t happy with their Hell In A Cell 2022 plans.

WWE was planning to book Bianca Belair vs. Naomi for the RAW Women’s Championship and Ronda Rousey vs. Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Hell In A Cell, with Bianca & Ronda both retaining their Titles against the Women’s Tag Team Champions.

Sasha & Naomi weren’t happy about the fact that WWE had no plans for their Tag Team Titles and walked out.

Then on Friday’s SmackDown, they were stripped of their Titles and were suspended indefinitely.

Snoop Dogg showed support for his cousin Sasha by posting 2 photos of them on Instagram and writing the following:

“Bloodline @sashabankswwe”

Snoop performed Sasha’s theme song live at WrestleMania 32. He also sang the new version of her WWE theme song.

During her appearance on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions, Sasha revealed that she took her ‘The Boss’ character from Snoop Dogg:

“The first [character] I did was The Boss because my cousin is Snoop Dogg. I remember at 16 years old going to WrestleMania (24) in Orlando with him and him doing rehearsals and I’m walking down the ramp with him, behind him and I see all the girls.

I get to see all these friggin’ women that I get to watch every single week and I’m like ‘I am going to be walking down this stage one day, and I gotta do it like Snoop Dogg.’ Everybody around him calls him The Boss, so I’m like that’s a good character, let me take that and turn it up.”
