WWF Legend Wins His 13th World Title

WWF Champion Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle

At last night’s TNA Impact Wrestling tapings in London, Kurt Angle became a 13 time World Champion, as he defeated Bobby Lashley to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. This match will air on the March 20th episode of Impact Wrestling.

The TNA Hall of Famer already held the record for the highest TNA World Title reigns, and he added one more to that last night. Angle won the World Title after almost three and a half years, as he won the World Title last time in 2011, where he defeated Sting at Hardcore Justice. In his Pro-Wrestling career, Angle has now won the TNA World Title 6 times & the WWF/E Title 4 times, while holding WCW Championship, World Heavyweight Championship (WWE) & IWGP Championship one time each.

At the same Impact Wrestling tapings, Rockstar Spud became the new X-Divison Champion as he defeated Low Ki after he cashed in his Feast or Fired briefcase.
