• Sting Is Grateful That Elders Are Respected In AEW
At last night’s AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view, WWE Hall Of Famer Sting teamed up with Darby Allin & Shingo Takagi to defeat Bullet Club (AEW World Tag Team Champions Young Bucks & El Phantasmo).

He is now 10-0 in All Elite Wrestling.
During an interview with The Schmo, Sting (age 63) was asked if wrestling in AEW reminds him of his days in WCW.
Below is what The Icon said:
“Of course, this is wrestling, it’s going to be reminiscent of those old days for sure, but it is completely different and new, a whole new generation of wrestlers.
I could be dad to more than half the guys here, maybe even granddad.
I’m grateful that they have the level of respect that they have for their elders and somebody like me who is trying to come back and play in the game a little while longer.”
