Up next is the WWE Championship match. Samoa Joe makes his way out first and then the WWE Champion, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles comes out.
Styles’ wife & daughter are seated ringside for this match. Before the match begins, Joe takes the mic and tells AJ’s wife that Styles will come home tonight.
Styles then takes the mic and says his family is here so they can see him kick Joe’s a$$!

Styles now puts Joe down with a series of strikes and a diving forearm.
Styles now nails a moonsault-reverse DDT on Joe.
Styles is looking to hit the Hurricanrana on Joe from the top rope, but Joe pushes him off and nails a flying knee!

Styles goes for the Phenomenal Forearm, but misses and Joe nails a super quick Scoop Slam!
Styles nails a Styles Clash on Joe and goes for the cover, but Joe kicks out!!!
Styles almost dropped Joe on his head as Joe is so heavy for AJ that AJ lost his grip on Joe.

AJ nails Joe with a Pele Grip and goes for a corner clothesline, but Joe nails a Urinage!
AJ now locks-in the Calf Crusher of Joe and Joe breaks it up in the same way Brock Lesnar broke it at Survivor Series 2017!
Joe locks in the Coquina Clutch on AJ now, but AJ manages his leg to get to the bottom rope to break the hold.
Joe puts AJ on the top turnbuckle and nails a vicious kick and AJ lands on the outside!
