When it comes to the Intercontinental Championship and the Ladder match, WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall has done it all. Hall won the IC title ladder match against fellow WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania X.
With WWE announcing another ladder match for the IC title, it will indeed tear the house down at WrestleMania 31.
