3. Mr. Perfect
After first being managed by The Genius, Mr. Perfect hired Bobby “The Brain” Heenan as his new manager in 1990.
The biggest accomplishment during this time, is winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship twice, first defeating Tito Santana in a tournament final (April 1990) and then regaining the belt from “The Texas Tornado” Kerry Von Erich (November 1990) after losing it to him at SummerSlam.
