3. WWE Survivor Series 2006
The year 2006 started with an injury, so Batista had to give up the World Heavyweight Championship and it was declared vacant.
Batista then returned from his injury in the summer of 2006 and after a few smaller feuds, he received a title shot against SmackDown! World Champion Booker T at the WWE Survivor Series 2006 PPV on November 26th 2006.
Batista defeated Booker T in the PPV’s Main Event and became the new World Champion, winning the title for a second time.
He would then hold it until losing it to the Undertaker at WWE WrestleMania 23.
