Below are some top WWE news stories of the day.
• WWE’s upcoming Bad Blood 2024 event will have an earlier start time than usual, scheduled for 6 PM EST / 3 PM PST on October 5, 2024, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
Typically, WWE’s Premium Live Events begin at 8 PM ET, prompting fans to question the reason for the earlier start.
Dave Meltzer explained the change on Wrestling Observer Radio, revealing that WWE wants to avoid a scheduling conflict with UFC 307, which airs on the same day.
“They want to end it before the UFC starts.”
Bad Blood 2024 is already considered one of the most highly anticipated wrestling events, featuring a Hell in a Cell match between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk as a major highlight.

• In a recent interview with NewsNation, Former WWE writer Vince Russo said the six-part Netflix docuseries titled “Mr. McMahon,” which explores Vince McMahon’s complex legacy amid a sexual assault lawsuit, was “spot on.”
He further went on to comment, “I don’t feel like there was an agenda or a narrative, I feel it was very truthful, and unfortunately, Vince’s issue is he incriminated himself.
