Old School WWF Legend The Rock’s daughter Ava Raine (real name: Simone Johnson) will have her first ever singles match next week.
The Schism has been involved in a feud with Diamond Mine over the past few months in WWE NXT.
Last month, The Dyad defeated The Creed Brothers in a Loser Leaves NXT match, but The Schism thinks Julius and Brutus Creed are still in NXT and have disguised themselves as masked members of their group.
However, The Creed Brothers have denied these allegations.
On this week’s episode of NXT, Ivy Nile and two masked members of The Schism cost The Dyad their NXT Tag Team Championship match against The Family.
In an NXT Digital Exclusive, Ava challenged Ivy Nile to a match at next week’s NXT Heatwave.
Below is what she said:
“Ivy, your role is essential in the games that The Creeds play, but it is getting so old. So for once, why don’t you step out of the shadows? Why don’t you do something for yourself? Why don’t you stop being a third wheel?
How about next week at Heatwave, it’s you and me, and Ivy, after I am done with you, Julius and Brutus will have no choice but to reveal themselves and beg for forgiveness in a desperate attempt to save you.”
WWE has made this match official now. So far, Ava has wrestled 4 matches (2 televised and 2 non-televised) and all of them were tag team matches.

– Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley & NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio vs. Lyra Valkyria & Dragon Lee

– Baron Corbin vs. Von Wagner

– NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton will appear
