• The Undertaker Considered Leaving The WWF For WCW

Old School WWF Veterans The Godwinns – Henry O. Godwinn & Phineas I. Godwinn (aka Mideon) – who are both members of The Undertaker’s famous backstage group ‘The Bone Street Krew’ – were recently interviewed by Monte & The Pharaoh, where they spoke about their World Wrestling Federation career.

During the interview, Henry O. was asked whether The Undertaker ever had an actual offer from the rival promotion, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling, during the Monday Night Wars.

Here’s what the former pig farmer (billed) from Bitters, Arkansas answered:

“Yeah, one time it was brought up between just our little group. He was talking about, ‘If I go, everybody’s going.’ But thank God it didn’t happen. Look what happened.”

The Undertaker & Shawn Michaels are the two biggest names (since the beginning of the Monday Night Wars) that stayed loyal with Vince McMahon’s WWF and never ended up leaving the promotion for WCW.
