7. Special Segment Announced For Fastlane 2016
Christian & WWE Hall of Famer Edge will be hosting a special edition of The Cutting Edge and The Peep Show at this Sunday’s Fastlane 2016 PPV, with WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day as special guests.
Below is the updated card for Fastlane 2016:
– #1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match: Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns
– Intercontinental Title Match: Kevin Owens (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
– United States Title Match: Kalisto (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio
– Divas Title Match: Charlotte (c) vs. Brie Bella
– Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch vs. Tamina Snuka and Naomi
– Cutting Edge & Peep Show: With The New Day as guests
It should be noted that the United States Title Match between Kalisto & Del Rio will take place on the Fastlane 2016 Kickoff Show.
Also, Brie Bella is scheduled to retire soon and her Fastlane 2016 Title match against Charlotte might turn out to be her last match.
6. Big SmackDown This Week
Brock Lesnar will return to SmackDown this week after 12 years. The show hasn’t sold out yet but Lesnar’s appearance definitely helped the ticket sales.
Also, Dudley Boyz attacked Roman Reigns on Raw and this led to Dean Ambrose making the save. Later on the show, it was announced that the legendary Dudley Boyz will take on the team of Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns on SmackDown.
