“They had no clue what the F they were doing this whole time” – WWE Hall Of Famer On The Rock’s WrestleMania 41 Claim

As we noted before, Dave LaGreca went off on The Rock for appearing on The Pat McAfee Show and saying he would have booked the finish of Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41 a ‘little different.’

Rock said he knew the outcomes of all WrestleMania 41 matches, but he didn’t know how they’d get there.

Here’s what LaGreca said on Busted Open Radio:

“Now that everybody’s b*tching and moaning about the end of WrestleMania 41, The Rock is gonna go on Pat McAfee, who has the biggest show in sports talk radio. You’re gonna go on his show and say, ‘yeah, I would have done it differently. Yeah, I would’ve just did some things. I would’ve…’ Nice to hear from you now, pal. It’s over.

So now that everybody’s b*tching and complaining, ‘yeah, I would. I would have done it differently.’ But really, you talk about a Monday morning quarterback. That’s a Tuesday morning quarterback. Thanks, pal.

Did you make yourself available? Did you show up at WrestleMania? But now I’m gonna say, yeah, I would have done things differently. You talk about completely throwing Triple H under the bus. That’s exactly what The Rock did.

You know what you say? If you’re The Rock, you know what? I thought they did an awesome job. Or you know what? Don’t say anything at all, but by saying that, you just threw Triple H under the bus.

If you’re not gonna be there and you didn’t take part in it, then you shouldn’t say anything about it. Now, if he was part of the creative process and he was there, then he could say, I think ‘we’. ‘We’ because he’s part of the f**king company. No, but he doesn’t mind saying I. I would have done things differently. I would have trusted things.

He loves saying ‘we’ when it’s successful, but when it’s not, he’s going to be like I would have… I, I, I, I.”

This footage reached The Rock on Instagram and here’s what he commented:

“Hi Dave, the business is a complete work. Always has been, always will be. Every aspect of it. Every match. Every interview.

Please join me, Cody, Cena, Brian and the rest of us for our creative discussions so you can expand your perspective. Until then, stop ranting, it’s not healthy my friend. Enjoy the show.

Ps, tell Bubba I have Grand Marnier and hush puppies for all of us.”

The Rock Dwayne Johnson Dave LaGreca Busted Open Radio WrestleMania 41

On a new episode of Busted Open Radio, Bubba Ray Dudley criticized the ending of the WrestleMania 41 – Night 2 main event:

“I stuck up for these guys, and I told the Busted Open nation the way they connected the dots, they’ve earned my benefit of the doubt to sit back and enjoy what they’re doing. But now with everything that’s going down, it’s now in front of my eyes, they had no clue what the f**k they were doing this whole time.

‘Oh maybe one day we’ll come back to the soul,’ No. Don’t go back to the soul, you already stooged it off that it wasn’t going to happen, so let’s forget about Cody’s soul. As a matter of fact, unless I’m getting Cody versus The Rock one day, I don’t think I need to see it. I don’t need to see it, and I sure as hell don’t need to see Roman (Reigns) and Rock because Rock already put the Ula Fala around his head.

Rock, I want you to let Dave into one of those meetings. I want you to let him sit at the table with you and Brian Gewirtz when you’re coming up with everything, because Dave LaGreca is the voice of the wrestling fan, and maybe you should hear, or have heard the voice of the wrestling fan before you decided to not show up at WrestleMania. At the end of the day, Dave’s passion makes sense.”
