Tonight’s Extreme Rules 2017 PPV will have major Universal Title implications as the winner of tonight’s Fatal 5 way Extreme Rules main event will face Brock Lesnar next with the WWE Universal Championship on the line.

– Possible Impromptu Match: Goldust vs. R-Truth

WWE usually has 7 matches on their main PPV match-card, but they’ve only announced 6 matches for the PPV so far. So it’s very much possible that WWE adds an impromptu match to the PPV – Goldust vs. R-Truth.

This is the only match which getting added to tonight’s PPV makes sense. Goldust recently turned on his tag team partner R-Truth and started cutting promos where he noted that the “Golden Age” is back.

With this feud not being big enough to carry onto future PPVs into the Summer, expect this match to happen tonight.
