Ticket Sales For Last Week’s WWE & AEW TV Shows

Below are some top WWE, AEW & NJPW news stories of the day:

– Wrestlenomics provided the following numbers regarding the ticket sales for WWE & AEW’s TV shows for last week:

WWE RAW – Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota: 9,498 sold

WWE SmackDown – Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada: 10,521 sold

AEW Dynamite – Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio: 4,231 sold

AEW Collision – Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina: 5,166 sold

– 8,920 Tickets have been sold for Monday’s RAW in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with only 547 left.

So far, the following two things have been announced for RAW:

Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch

Shinsuke Nakamura will explain his heel turn

– Tetsuya Naito has won the NJPW G1 Climax 33 tournament. He defeated Kazuchika Okada in the finals. With this win, Naito has earned an IWGP World Heavyweight Title match at Wrestle Kingdom 18 on January 4th 2024.

– The following two matches have been announced for the next episode of AEW Collision:

Christian Cage vs. Darby Allin

Willow Nightingale vs. Diamante

– Triple H will no longer serve on the Board Of Directors for WWE after the merger with UFC.

– WOW: Women Of Wrestling’s Season 2 will premiere on September 16. Former WOW World Champion The Beast will return during this season.

– Gunther is now the 2nd longest Intercontinental Champion of all time. He has now hit 427 days as Intercontinental Champion & surpassed Pedro Morales, who held the title for 424 days.
