On SmackDown, WWE showed footage of Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns meeting at the Georgia Tech football stadium.

Roman mentioned that the stadium is his because he played football there, while Rhodes reminded him that Georgia is his home.

Reigns reflected on how The Bloodline has taken everything from him, saying he has nothing left to lose. Rhodes responded by saying that if Reigns has lost everything, he’s no longer himself.

Rhodes asked Reigns to promise he has his back, so he can return the favor, and Reigns agreed.

The OTC then announced that he’s taking back what’s his after Bad Blood – the WWE Championship. As Reigns began to leave, Rhodes stopped him, saying the Undisputed Title isn’t Roman’s. Reigns replied that Rhodes is standing in his way. Cody moved out of the way, and Roman said Cody is in his way in life.

PWInsider revealed that this segment was taped earlier this week at Georgia Tech’s Bobby Dodd Stadium and was produced by TNA Veteran Jeremy Borash, who currently works as NXT’s Senior Director of Content and Development.

Borash, known for his expertise in these types of segments, has become Triple H’s “doyen for on-location segments like this”.

WWE’s Director of Character Development, Rob Fee, was also present, as he and Borash have been collaborating on projects and segments like this lately.
