According to reports, former NXT Tag Team Champion Wesley Blake was arrested back in July for DUI. Below is a video of Blake refusing to take a breath test:
It should be noted that the team of Blake & Murphy lost the NXT Tag Team Titles 1 week after this incident. Blake must enter a court-ordered rehab now.
