1. Mattel
Mattel is the current Producer for WWE Action Figures.
In December of 2009 the Jakks Pacific Contract was up and WWE chose not to renew it.
A Deal with Mattel was done and according to their contract, WWE was obligated to keep their TV Shows PG-rated.
Many Fans don’t know that, but that was actually one of two reasons, why WWE turned it’s product from TV-14 to PG and has stayed that way ever since.
The other reason being Linda McMahon running for senate twice … but we all know how that ended.
Mattel’s WWE Action Figures basically have 2 lines: Elite Figures & Basic Figures, with the Elite Figures having a lot more movement possibilities.
