During a recent interview with Ariel Helwani, AEW Superstar MJF was asked if he watches other pro-wrestling companies.

MJF said he watches everything, except NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling).

Below is what he said:

“All of them, and they’re not PPVs, they’re Premium Live Events. If you’re going to say it, say it right. I am constantly watching all of the products because I want my finger on the pulse.

There is nothing going on in professional wrestling right now, at this moment, whether it’s indies or whether it’s a televised professional wrestling company that I don’t watch. I watch everything.

I see everything and I watch everything, except New Japan. New Japan sucks. It’s just the sh*ts.

There’s some guys there that are cool, like I think the Great-O-Khan is kind of cool. But yeah, not my thing.

Goes back to the move thing, they’re just cracking each other in the skull over and over again. They’re just dummies. Concussions are real.”

MJF recently lost to CM Punk in a Dog Collar Match at the AEW Revolution 2022 pay-per-view.

He is now feuding with his former bodyguard Wardlow. Wardlow cost MJF his match against Punk, which resulted in MJF costing Wardlow the TNT Title.
