• Top AEW Star Wants To Go After The World Championship
During the post-AEW Revolution 2022 media scrum, CM Punk was asked if he wants to go after the AEW World Championship.
Below is what Punk said:
“I mean, I think so. I mean, there’s people I want to wrestle here, just for rasslin’ sake. But after a while, I don’t know how much time I have, I don’t know how many matches I have left.
So if I am not working my way towards a title shot, if I am not trying to be where Hangman is, I don’t know what I am doing. So, I do think that is something that might happen.
Keep your eyes on it, I don’t know. There’s a ranking system here, I think I am doing pretty good, and we will see.
I like Hangman though, and it’s a lot easier to wrestle someone when you hate them. I like that cowboy.”

• Old School NWA Legend Celebrates His Birthday
Old School Wrestling Legend “The Russian Nightmare” Nikita Koloff (Real birth name: Nelson Simpson) celebrates his 63rd birthday today.
Nikita was famous for his time in Jim Crockett Promotions during the 80s and also his 1991-1992 run with World Championship Wrestling.
The highlights of his career were certainly main eventing ‘NWA The Great American Bash 1985’ as well as ‘NWA Starrcade 1986’, both times challenging Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
