As we noted in our NXT spoilers for June & July (which you can check out by clicking here) , Hideo Itami & Sami Zayn addressed their status in NXT.
Hideo Itami noted that he would be out for another 3-4 months & says he will go after the winner of Owens-Balor match on July 4.
Sami Zayn came out during the last episode that was taped. Zayn noted he probably won’t be back in the ring by the end of 2015. He promised he would return better than ever and he’s coming for NXT Champion Kevin Owens.
So it looks like Sami Zayn would still be in NXT in 2016. Finn Balor is expected to be on the main roster by the end of 2015 or early 2016.
