• Top NXT Wrestler Reportedly Getting The WWE Main Roster Call Up Soon
Rhea Ripley challenged Io Shirai in the main event of this week’s NXT for the NXT Women’s Championship, where Shirai retained the Title.
Dave Meltzer said on the Wrestling Observer Radio that Ripley is most likely done with NXT and is slated to join the main roster soon.
He noted that he had recently “heard talk of Ripley moving to the main roster.”
Ripley is currently dealing with multiple contusions and abrasions on both of her ears, which she suffered on this week’s NXT.
Speaking of NXT call-ups, Chelsea Green got called up to SmackDown last week, but unfortunately, she broke her arm and will be out of action for an unknown period of time.
