Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, featuring Alexa Bliss and John Cena.

• Alexa Bliss, who made a surprise return at the Royal Rumble, has been removed from her scheduled appearance at WWE World during WrestleMania 41 weekend, adding another layer of intrigue to her current status with the company.

A fan inquired about Bliss’s absence from the Fanatic Events page, asking, “@fanatics_events Hey Fanatics Events I can’t find Alexa on your page? Where is she?”

Fanatic Events responded, confirming her withdrawal, stating, “Hi, Roger! Regrettably, Alexa Bliss is no longer attending. Please send me a DM if you have any questions! -Marissa”

This announcement means Bliss will not be participating in WWE World, which is set to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from April 17th to 21st.

This development has puzzled fans, especially considering reports from WrestleVotes that WWE has “major plans for Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 41,” with her involvement reportedly connected to the Wyatt Sicks in some form. Despite her return at the Royal Rumble, Bliss has only competed in two televised matches since, leaving her absence from weekly programming noticeable.

• On Location, the company responsible for concierge and special events for WWE and other major pop culture brands, is offering a unique and intimate luncheon with John Cena. This special event will take place on Saturday, April 19th, prior to Night 1 of WrestleMania 41.

The luncheon, limited to a total of just 20 fans, promises an extraordinary experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to share a meal with Cena “during his last WrestleMania ever hearing speeches and seeing the real John receive a lifetime achievement award,” according to the event description.

The event is listed as taking place in a “five-star restaurant” on the Las Vegas strip, and the price tag for this exclusive experience is a staggering $25,000 per person.

It looks like Cena is not getting a Lifetime Achievement Award. Here’s what Fightful Select reported:

“We’re told that while the ability to purchase a lunch with John Cena as a part of On Location is accurate, there is no lifetime achievement award.”
