“The Man” Becky Lynch returned at SummerSlam 2021 and defeated Bianca Belair in an impromptu match to win the SmackDown Women’s Champion.
Becky is going to be a heel on SmackDown now.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Becky requested WWE Officials to return as a heel, because she was inspired by Roman Reigns’ current heel run as the Universal Champion:
“Lynch had asked to return as a heel. Some have said in the company she was inspired by Reigns, and the reality is to many, being a heel is more fun.
Of course, the last time she tried to go heel, she became the most popular wrestler in the company and the hottest woman wrestling star the company had ever had.”

• ON THIS DAY IN WWF HISTORY (August 27, 1995) – WWF Wrestling Challenge (FINAL EPISODE)
On this day in 1995, the World Wrestling Federation aired the last ever episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Wrestling Challenge’.
Actually a show using the ‘Wrestling Challenge’ name & logo did air in some countries after that point in time, but it would just be a generic highlight-show and had no exclusive matches at all.
This episode was pre-taped in Worcester, Massachusetts and featured matches & storyline segments on the the road to the ‘WWF SummerSlam 1995’ event, that took place later on the same day.
