As we all know by now, John Cena won’t be working the WWE Crown Jewel PPV this Friday in Saudi Arabia as he doesn’t want to get involved in the Saudi Arabia controversy and protect his image in Hollywood.

Cena was supposed to be a part of the WWE World Cup, but was replaced by Bobby Lashley.

According to Brad Shepard, Cena turned down a very “generous” offer from WWE to work the show.

It should be noted that there’s no heat on talent that refused to go to Saudi Arabia (names known so far are John Cena and Daniel Bryan) as WWE officials gave the talent an option to not work the show, as reported by Dirty Sheets.
