• Triple H addressed claims of a lack of diversity in WWE Premium Live Events during the post-Bad Blood 2024 press conference. Critics pointed out that no Black talent were featured at recent PLEs, prompting questions about representation.

In response, Triple H said, “I don’t see the difference in anyone, I don’t see the nationality. I don’t see the difference between men and women. I only see the talent.” He emphasized that WWE focuses on storytelling and talent, not race or gender.

He further explained, “We tell stories with those talent, and how we can tell those stories and bring those stories forward. I don’t keep track of any of that.”

• The Women’s World Championship match at WWE Bad Blood 2024 between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley ended controversially due to a botched finish, and the reason has now been revealed.

During the match, Dominik Mysterio, suspended in a shark cage, managed to unlock the door but was too scared to leave due to his fear of heights. Rhea Ripley took advantage of this distraction, pulling Liv Morgan outside the ring and attacking her. Dominik eventually tried to escape but forgot his leg was chained to the cage, leaving him dangling in the air.

As Ripley grabbed a kendo stick to punish Dominik, Raquel Rodriguez made her surprise return and attacked Ripley from behind. Rodriguez then threw Ripley back into the ring. The bell rang awkwardly, signaling the end of the match, but with confusion about the result. Raquel placed Liv on top of Ripley for a pin, then quickly lifted her back up, leading to an awkward and unclear conclusion.

According to Fightful Select, the planned finish was for Liv Morgan to win with Rodriguez’s help. However, the referee prematurely called for the bell, believing he had to disqualify Morgan due to witnessing Rodriguez’s interference.

“It was implied that the original finish to Rhea vs. Liv was Liv winning with Raquel’s help. However, the referee couldn’t justify not doing a DQ finish as he saw everything unfold.”

WWE has yet to address the botched finish, which left fans criticizing the confusing conclusion on social media.
