• Triple H Reveals What He Said To Dusty Rhodes After Meeting Roman Reigns For The First Time

During an interview with Vanity Fair, Triple H recalled his first meeting with Roman Reigns back in FCW, when The Tribal Chief was known as Leakee.

HHH recalled that he knew he had found the future face of WWE:

“I remember walking out to Dusty (Rhodes) and saying, ‘God, if that f**king Leakee kid is not a top guy here in 10 years, I don’t know what the f**k we’re doing.’

It’s not just a look. It’s an intangible factor. I get asked this all the time when we do tryouts: What is it we’re looking for? I’m looking for that.”

• Eric Bischoff Reacts To AEW Dynamite Surpassing WCW Nitro In Number Of Episodes

All Elite Wrestling made history with last night’s episode. AEW Dynamite now has more episodes than WCW Nitro.

Former WCW President Eric Bischoff had the following to say about Tony Khan’s achievement on his 83 Weeks podcast:

“I want to congratulate Tony Khan and his entire staff. This obviously means a lot to them, and congratulations. It does say a lot about Tony’s commitment. Tony put his own money into this.

You can judge the product. I can judge the product. I often have, I just don’t watch it anymore. But the truth is, his vision, his dream, his money, his commitment. So congratulations.

Because what he did isn’t easy. No matter how anybody feels about the product, it wasn’t easy and it still isn’t. So congratulations for your effort and no, it doesn’t bother me a bit. It doesn’t mean anything to me.

While it does to Tony and company, and I understand why. He put a lot of time and work and money, as I’ve just discussed. So good for them. But no, it doesn’t bother me at all.”
