• Triple H’s Plan For 2023 Revealed

WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H is going to making some big moves in 2023.

As we reported last night, Dragon Lee (age 27) has signed with WWE. He will start with the company in January and will join the NXT roster.

Dragon Lee & Dralístico defeated FTR to win the AAA Tag Team Championship last night, but immediately vacated it due to him going to WWE.

Lee said the following about his WWE signing:

“I think I can become the new Rey Mysterio in WWE. I just need the opportunity. [Finn Balor] told me, ‘Would you like to be in WWE?’ (laughs). I said, ‘Yeah, sure. Why not?’ It was something special for me. It’s my challenge to learn more about promos.

You will never finish learning in pro wrestling. But every time you wrestle, you learn. But about promos, it’s something new for me. I would like to learn something new, how to become not just a wrestler – an artist.”

Below are Dragon Lee’s accomplishments in pro-wrestling:

– 2x ROH World TV Champion

– 2x ROH World Tag Team Champion

– 1x IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion

– 2x CMLL World Lightweight Champion

– 1x CMLL World Welterweight Champion

– 1x AAA Tag Team Champion

According to WrestleVotes, Triple H hopes to sign more top indy wrestlers like Dragon Lee in 2023:

“I’m told WWE is hopeful the signing of Dragon Lee is just the start of ‘standout’ talent agreeing to terms with the company.

Hearing Triple H & crew have expectations to land other high quality names early in 2023.”
