Unexpected Name Signs WWE Legends Contract

Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day.

• Armando Alejandro Estrada, best known for managing Umaga in WWE, has signed a Legends deal with the company, according to PWInsider. The agreement allows WWE to use his likeness for video games, action figures, and other merchandise.

Estrada, real name Hazem Ali, began his career in 2004 through OVW and initially worked as both a wrestler and backstage interviewer.

His major break came in 2006 when he became Umaga’s manager on RAW. Estrada also had a brief wrestling career, including a notable match against John Cena, and later served as the storyline General Manager of WWE’s ECW brand, where he feuded with Colin Delaney.

• On Friday’s SmackDown, Roman Reigns saved Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes from The Bloodline.

The OTC came out in the main event segment to answer Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu’s challenge.
