– Battleground 2017 Matches

Only two matches have been announced so far for Battleground 2017 – A Punjabi Prison match for the WWE Championship between Jinder Mahal & Randy Orton and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship rematch between The Usos & The New Day.

Sami Zayn vs. Mike Kanellis and Baron Corbin vs. Shinsuke Nakamura is expected to be added to Battleground 2017. Another match that is expected to be added to this PPV is another rematch between Naomi & Lana for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. After losing to Naomi again on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, Lana posted a photo on Twitter and pointed out that her shoulder wasn’t down when the referee counted to 3.
