Update On Brock Lesnar – Seth Rollins WrestleMania 35 Feud

Brock Lesnar Seth Rollins WrestleMania 35 Universal Championship Match

• Old School Wrestling Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would have been the 48th birthday of Old School Veteran Legend Louie Spicolli (Real name: Louis Mucciolo Jr.).

Spicolli wrestled for all the big 3 promotions of the 90s … after doing televised jobs for the company for years, he joined the World Wrestling Federation full-time as Rad Radford (1995-1996), before working for Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling (1996-1997) and eventually joining Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 1997.

Louie was scheduled to wrestle Larry Zbyszko at the WCW SuperBrawl VIII PPV, but that match never happened, because Spicolli passed away from a drug overdose one week before the event.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY & † REST IN PEACE

• Update On Brock Lesnar – Seth Rollins WrestleMania 35 Feud

On the post-Royal Rumble 2019 edition of RAW, Men’s Royal Rumble 2019 winner Seth Rollins made it clear that he’s going to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35.

This led to Lesnar delivered 6 vicious F5s to Rollins on RAW two weeks ago.

Rollins will appear on this week’s RAW to address Lesnar’s vicious attack on him. Below is what WWE posted:

How will Seth Rollins respond to Brock Lesnar?

“Seth Rollins is resilient, but few Superstars can withstand the fury of Brock Lesnar’s F-5, let alone six of them.

One night after winning the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match, The Architect made it clear he wants to challenge The Beast Incarnate for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania, getting a half-dozen of Lesnar’s formidable finishing moves in the process. The Kingslayer did not appear on Raw this past Monday night, no doubt still feeling the effects of that mauling.

Rollins will be on Raw this week, though what will he have to say as he prepares for the fight of his life against The Beast at The Showcase of Immortals?”

Speaking of Lesnar, he won’t be working the upcoming Elimination Chamber 2019 & FastLane 2019 PPVs.

His next match will be on April 7th at WrestleMania 35 against Rollins.

WWE was advertising Lesnar for the February 18th (post-Elimination Chamber 2019 edition of RAW) and February 25th episodes of RAW, but he has been removed from these shows.

Lesnar’s next RAW appearance is now scheduled to take place on the March 18th episode in Chicago, IL.

Lesnar is not scheduled for any more shows before WrestleMania 35, but it’s possible he gets added to more shows (he will appear on AT LEAST one more show – final RAW before WrestleMania 35).

On the other hand, Rollins has a bad back and WWE will keep him out of action for a while so he can take some good rest.

Rollins won’t be competing at WWE Live Events and won’t be involved in physical angles on TV. He won’t be working the upcoming Elimination Chamber 2019 PPV either.

The injury isn’t serious enough to put Rollins’ match with Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35 in jeopardy. Rollins will be ready to go on April 7th.
