• Update Regarding Brock Lesnar’s Next Universal Title Defense & Finn Balor

At last night’s Royal Rumble 2019 PPV, “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar made Finn Balor tap out to the Kimura Lock to retain his Universal Championship.

In WWE’s RAW preview for tonight, it was hinted that Brock Lesnar might defend the Universal Championship before WrestleMania 35 as well (there are 2 PPVs left before WrestleMania 35 – Elimination Chamber 2019 & FastLane 2019).

On the other hand, WWE noted that Balor will now find a new route to WrestleMania 35.

Below is what WWE posted regarding Brock Lesnar & Finn Balor in tonight’s RAW preview:

“Finn Bálor brought the fight to Brock Lesnar, but the Universal Champion brought his F-5s, German suplexes and cinder-block fists. Despite everything The Extraordinary Man threw at The Beast Incarnate, Lesnar defeated his smaller-but-resilient challenger to retain his title.

It remains to be seen what championship 2019 Men’s Royal Rumble Match winner Seth Rollins chooses for his WrestleMania match, but whether it’s The Kingslayer or another Raw Superstar, a new challenger will soon stand in the path of The Conqueror.

Meanwhile, after absorbing incredible punishment at the hands of Lesnar, Bálor will likely look for a new route to The Show of Shows.”
