• Vince McMahon Enjoyed SmackDown Wrestler’s Promo Last Week
‘The Original Bro’ Matt Riddle kicked off last week’s SmackDown, and told everyone why he wrestles barefoot. Riddle also revealed why be always wears flip flops.
WrestlingNewsco is reporting that Vince McMahon was a fan of Riddle’s promo, and there is no heat on him, as rumored.
Below is what they noted:
“WrestlingNewsco was told that Vince McMahon loved the story when he first heard it. McMahon loved the story so much that he let Riddle tell it on SmackDown. Riddle is allowed to give more input for his promos than most.
In regards to the stories of heat on Riddle that followed him in NXT, we were told by two sources that Riddle has been great to be around and there have been no issues since he moved to SmackDown.”
