• CM Punk Says Nobody Has Asked Him To Work “ALL IN”

During a recent interview with MMA Fighting, former WWE wrestler CM Punk was asked if he was approached to work the “ALL IN” wrestling event (of Cody Rhodes & Young Bucks), if he would consider a return to Pro-Wrestling & more.

Below are the highlights:

On if he was approached to work “ALL IN”:

“Nobody has ever asked me, like straight up asked me, to come wrestle for them. Nobody. People have said hey, if you ever wanna do anything… Nobody’s ever been like, ‘hey, here’s the deal, we’re having a show, we’re paying you X amount and you’re working this guy. Whaddaya say, yes or no?’ Nobody’s ever done that.”

On if he would consider a return to Pro-Wrestling:

“I don’t think so, it’s a hard question to answer, a lot’s happened this week. I could definitely tell you if you asked me that question a week ago when I still felt like I had a foot in the grave, the answer would have been no, I don’t want anything to do with it. I feel like I’m out and the future is yet to be written, it’s a wide open book, it’s my story to tell. I’m just being real, I’m not going to sit here and be like, ‘No! No!’ Something might come up, some fun might be had.

Right now my heart and my mind and my focus is 100% on Saturday and fighting. So does that mean fighting beyond Saturday? To me that means yes.”

• Vince McMahon Not Happy With Chris Jericho’s Involvement In NJPW?

As we noted earlier, Old School WWF Legend Chris Jericho defeated Tetsuya Naito at NJPW Dominion to win the IWGP Intercontinental Championship.

Prior to this match, Jericho appeared on Busted Open Radio and talked about how Vince McMahon might have an issue with him continuing to work with New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Below is what Jericho said:

“I called him and told him about it and he was all for it. And then when I told him I was going to do more he wasn’t really negative but supportive. But I think now it may have become a little bit of a slight issue. It’s another company out there and I know for a fact that Vince takes every company very seriously. I feel that if my involvement with New Japan continues, I am going to get a call one of these days.”
