As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown, King Corbin brought out a “Big Dog” to mock “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns.

WWE’s creative team wrote this segment to impress Vince McMahon, as Vince loves segments like this and eventually ensure that their jobs are safe:

“Remember, the writers are trying to make Vince happy. If he’s happy then it means that jobs are safe. Vince has always been a fan of segments that parody his wrestlers. As long as Vince is around, you will always see segments like that one.”
