During a recent interview on the Battleground podcast, former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston teased a match between The New Day (him, Xavier Woods & Big E) and The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks).

Below is what Kofi said:

“We talk about working with The Elite all the time. Having a 6-man tag team match with The Elite? That would be terrific.

We sorta tested it a little bit when we played them in Street Fighter at an E3 convention.

That was not supposed to happen, like we thought that at some point it was gonna get pulled!”
