• Which NXT Wrestler Has Been Traded To RAW In Return For Mandy Rose?

During last night’s episode of NXT, RAW Superstar Mandy Rose came out during the Sarray vs. Gigi Dolin match and watched it closely.

According to Wrestlevotes, Mandy has been traded to NXT and NXT wrestler Aliyah has been traded to RAW in return.

Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter defeated Aliyah & Jessi Kamea on last night’s NXT. After the match, Aliyah turned on Robert Stone, said she no longer works for him and beat him down.

Fightful Select is reporting the following about Aliyah’s call-up:

“Her call up has been rumored for well over a month backstage, as it was said she made a good impression on officials during a scouting trip. By last night, the heavy speculation backstage was that she was moving up.”

After NXT went off the air, McKenzie Mitchell tried to ask Mandy why she came back to NXT, and Mandy replied: “you’ll see”.

No word yet on what this means of Mandy’s current RAW storyline. Mandy & Dana Brooke were feuding with WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya & Tamina.

On this day in 1984, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Superstars of Wrestling’.

This was the original third nationally syndicated show that later became known as “WWF Wrestling Spotlight” after the August 30, 1986 episode.

NOT to be confused with the famous weekly “WWF Superstars of Wrestling” TV show, that eventually took over WWF Championship Wrestling in September 1986 and ran until 1997 (before becoming a recap/highlights show that ran till 2001).
