• Why Naomi Hasn’t Returned To WWE

Last year in May, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks & Naomi walked out of WWE before an episode of RAW, due to a conflict with Vince McMahon regarding their creative plan.

While Sasha ended up joining NJPW and won the IWGP Women’s Championship last month, Naomi still hasn’t returned to the wrestling scene.

Multiple sources have reported that Naomi is expected to return to WWE, now that Triple H is in charge of creative. Fans were speculating that she’ll be a surprise entrant in the Women’s Royal Rumble 2023 match, but that didn’t happen.

The reason Naomi hasn’t returned is she’s healing from a shoulder surgery.

During a recent Golden Ring Collectibles virtual signing, former WWE Diva Cameron (Naomi’s former tag team partner) was asked when Naomi will return to WWE.

Below is what she said:

“She is recovering from shoulder surgery. I want her to answer the question for herself. I know she’s recovering from shoulder surgery.”
