• WWE Changed Title Win Plan For Naomi In 2022

Former WWE Diva Cameron (Ariane Andrew) returned to WWE to compete in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match.

After this, she was told she was going to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with her former partner Naomi.

However, that plan got canceled.

During a Golden Ring Collectibles virtual signing, Cameron talked about this nixed plan:

“2022 for me was not one of my best years. You’re gonna get tea… So I’m gonna give all the goodies. I’ve shared this but I think the more I can share, the better.

So I did the Royal Rumble and then two days after, lost my dad, got called back to come back to WWE to get the Tag Team Titles with Naomi and then Thursday, they were (like), never mind, girl.

Naomi and I were talking about gear.”

At WrestleMania 38, Naomi ended up winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles anyway, but with Sasha Banks. Both of them walked out of WWE a few months later.

• Old School Wrestling Legend Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WCW-WWF Legend Booker T (Real name: Robert Huffman) celebrates his 58th birthday today.

Booker T became famous in Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling as one half of the Tag Team Harlem Heat, before winning his first World Title at the ‘Bash at the Beach 2000’ PPV.

When Vince McMahon bought the promotion in March 2001, Booker T was among those WCW Stars, who were signed to a World Wrestling Federation contract right away.

As the reigning and defending WCW World Heavyweight Champion at that time, he played a major role in the infamous Invasion angle, that saw the ‘WCW/ECW Alliance’ feud with the WWF Superstars.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOOKER T!
