On this day in Pro Wrestling history on December 15, 1996, the World Wrestling Federation aired ‘WWF In Your House 12: It’s Time’ LIVE on PPV from the West Palm Beach Auditorium in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The main event of this pay-per-view event saw Bret “The Hitman” Hart, who returned from his hiatus a month earlier at Survivor Series, challenging WWF World Heavyweight Champion “Sycho” Sid for the belt.

• WrestleMania 2 Competitor Passes Away

NFL Legend Bill Fralic passed away yesterday at the age of 56.

He was an All-Pro linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons from 1985 till 1992.

In 1986, Bill Fralic was one of the NFL players who competed in the 20-man battle royal at WrestleMania 2, that was won by Andre The Giant.

Almost 7 years later in the summer of 1993, Bill returned to WWF TV, when he participated in the ‘Stars and Stripes Challenge’ aboard the U.S.S. Intrepid, attempting to bodyslam the 550 lbs WWF World Heavyweight Champion Yokozuna.

He died following a long battle with cancer.
