Jericho gets out of the Walls of Jericho, Owens goes for the Cannonball, but Jericho counters and locks in the Walls of Jericho on Owens!
However, Owens reaches the bottom rope, but a lot of damage was done to Owens in the process.
Owens comes back into the match and hits a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Jericho, but Jericho kicks out at 2! Owens now shouts that Y2J was never his best friend and slaps him.

Owens now goes for the Pop-Up Powerbomb again but Jericho converts it into a Code Breaker! Y2J goes for the pin, but Owens put his one finger on the bottom rope to avoid getting pinned.
Owens powerbombs Jericho on the ring apron outside and takes him back in the ring to pin him and win his first United States Championship!
