• WWE & AEW Interested In Signing Top Impact Wrestling Star

According to Slice Wrestling, both WWE and AEW are interested in signing current Impact Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion Brian Cage.

Triple H reportedly wants to sign Cage and introduce him to the WWE Universe on NXT, but it looks like All Elite Wrestling is going to have the upper hand as Cage was backstage at AEW Double Or Nothing PPV and was expected to be a part of the Battle Royale, but Impact Wrestling officials told him he can’t appear for AEW at the last minute.

Speaking of Cage, he’s scheduled to defend the Impact World Championship against Michael Elgin in the main event of Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary XVII pay-per-view on July 7.
