• WWE Drops Major Storyline

As seen at Survivor Series 2018, RAW destroyed SmackDown by 6-0 (WWE didn’t count SmackDown’s win on the Kickoff Show). After the PPV was over, SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon noted on Twitter that something needs to change on the Blue Brand.

Obviously nothing changed and SmackDown’s devastating loss wasn’t even talked about much.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE has dropped this storyline. This confirms the reports which stated that WWE officials view Survivor Series as a one night thing only (that is normal storylines will continue on the respective brands after the PPV and the outcome from Survivor Series doesn’t matter).
