– Jonathan Coachman (a.k.a Coach in WWE) was tweeting about a big announcement to be made regarding WWE & ESPN.
That big announcement is that ESPN will be doing a weekly segment on SportsCenter where they will take a look at WWE programming. Also, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will be interviewed by the Coach tonight on ESPNews at 9 PM ET.
– As we noted before, WWE cancelled their previously announced plan of WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin appearing live on next week’s Raw. Austin took to Twitter and noted that he was never scheduled to appear live on October 19 Raw. He goes on to say that he was only scheduled to do the Steve Austin podcast with special guest Brock Lesnar on the WWE Network. Below is what Austin tweeted:
“@CnoEvil I’m doing the podcast. I was never scheduled to do Raw. Once again, bad information. #StoneColdPodcast w Brock Lesnar.” It should be noted that WWE advertised Austin on their website to appear live on WWE Raw after almost 4 years.
– WWE announced on last night’s Raw that the team of Dean Ambrose & Randy Orton will face the team of Luke Harper & Braun Strowman at Hell in a Cell 2015. According to WWE.com, this match will now take place on the Hell in a Cell Kickoff.
