2. Will The Miz Be Successful In Making The Intercontinental Title Prestigious Again?
The Miz retained his Intercontinental Title in a very exciting Fatal 4 Way match against Cesaro, Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens at Extreme Rules 2016 last night.
During a backstage interview at the PPV, Miz said the Intercontinental Title is “THE Title” of the WWE and everyone wants it.
We have noted before how WWE officials are interested in making Miz a main event player again, and giving him a lenghty Intercontinental Title reign might be a step in that direction.
Who will be the new #1 contender for the Intercontinental Title? Will it be Cesaro, who made Miz tap out during the match while the referee was distracted by Maryse?
