Up next is the WWE Tag Team Title match between The New Day & The Vaudevillains. The Champions are out first and Xavier Woods talks about how his Time Machine was destroyed this past week on Raw.

Out next are the #1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Titles. During the ending moments of the match, Big E spears Aiden English out of the ring through the middle rope, while Kofi Kingston connects with an enzigiri to Simon Gotch followed by a diving knee from Woods for the win.

Winners: And Still The WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day

During a backstage interview segment with Renee Young, AJ Styles says no matter what happens tonight, he will walk out of Extreme Rules as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Up next is the Fatal 4 Way Intercontinental Title match.

Miz taps out to the Sharpshooter from Cesaro but the referee was distracted by Maryse. Miz tries to hit the Skull Crushing Finale on Cesaro but this leads to a series of other attacks and Cesaro hits the Neutralizer on Owens and Sami breaks up the pin.

Zayn looks to hit the Helluva kick on Cesaro but Owens hits a superkick. Owens goes for the pin on Cesaro who’s already down but Miz pulls him out of the ring and hits a Skull Crushing Finale. Now Miz tries to pin Cesaro but fails.

“This is Awesome” chants by the crowd. Zayn hits a Helluva kick on Cesaro but Owens pulls Zayn out of the ring during the pin and they fight outside. In the meanwhile Miz takes advantage and pins Cesaro to retain.

Winner: And Still The Intercontinental Champion, The Miz

Up next is the Asylum match between Jericho & Ambrose.

Almost all the weapons have been used and during the ending moments Ambrose speards thumbtacks on the ring. Jericho goes for the Codebreaker but Ambrose drops him on the thumbtacks and then hits the Dirty Deeds on the Thumbtacks for the win!

Winner: Dean Ambrose

Up next is the Submission match for the Women’s Championship.

During the ending moments of the match, Dana Brooke came out dressed as Ric Flair and distracted Natalya.

Charlotte took advantage and locked in the Figure 8 and Natalya taps out.

Winner: And Still WWE Women’s Champion, Charlotte

It looks like a new partnership has been formed as Ric Flair, Dana Brooke & Charlotte celebrate.

Up next is the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.

Reigns launches Styles through the announce table after a back body drop! Reigns hits a powerful modified sit down Powerbomb, but Styles kicks out.

Reigns powerbombs Styles through the announce table! Reigns hits a spear on Styles on the floor! Reigns enters the ring and out comes Anderson & Gallows. They hit Reigns with the Boot of Doom and put Styles on top of Reigns but Reigns kicks out.

The Usos come out and superkick all members of The Club! Reigns goes for the pin on Styles but Styles gets the shoulder up. Reigns hits Superman punches on both Gallows & Anderson.

Styles hits the Styles Clash on Reigns but Reigns still kicks out!! Styles hits the Styles Clash on the steel chair and The Usos try to pull Styles out of the ring but Styles kicks them away and goes for the pin but Reigns kicks out again! Styles has now lost it and he’s attacking The Bloodline viciously with the steel chair!

Styles has now removed his elbow pad and goes for the Phenomenal Forearm but eats a big Spear from Reigns and Reigns pins Styles to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship!

Winner: And Still The WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Roman Reigns
