3. Possible Hell in a Cell Match For Next Raw Exclusive PPV & Universal Championship Match

The next Raw exclusive PPV is going to be Hell in a Cell 2016 and it’s possible that only 1 Hell in a Cell match takes place at this PPV (usually 2 Hell in a Cell matches take place at the event). The current plan is for a rematch between Roman Reigns & Rusev for the United States Championship to take place inside Hell in a Cell. A hint towards this was given on this week’s Raw when Reigns & Rusev brawled through the crowd and then attacked each other with a Steel Chair during their United States Title bout (which ended in a Double DQ).
The current plans for the Universal Championship match at Hell in a Cell 2016 is for it to be a Triple Threat match between Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins & Chris Jericho. This could mean that the friendship between Y2J & Owens might come to an end. It should be noted that this Triple Threat Universal Title match might not be contested inside Hell in a Cell.
