1. Is Goldberg Going To Sign With WWE?
As we noted yesterday. WWE was teasing a big announcement with “#Hatch” on Twitter. That announcement turned out to be Goldberg being a playable character in WWE 2K17, which comes out this October.
Word is that Goldberg is currently not signed to a WWE contract, but he signed with 2K to get featured into the video game. It should be noted that this move was approved by Vince McMahon.
During the above featured interview with IGN, Goldberg talked about which wrestler he would play with to beat himself in the game. Goldberg noted it would be Brock Lesnar as he’s the only one who has a chance. Goldberg said The Undertaker has a shot as well, but he’s catching up with age just like himself.
We have seen in the past that deals in the 2K video game have lead to the return of The Ultimate Warrior & Sting’s debut in WWE. So Goldberg returning to WWE is not something that’s impossible.
