• WWE Officials Believe That CM Punk Has Already Signed With AEW

As we have reported before, CM Punk is in talks with All Elite Wrestling, and that AEW Officials want to sign him before their All Out pay-per-view on September 5th, which will take place in Punk’s hometown of Chicago.

In an update on this from the Wrestling Observer, WWE Officials believe that Punk has already signed with Tony Khan’s promotion:

“With Punk, a WWE source has said that internally the belief is that Punk has signed with AEW.

There are a number of things going on behind the scenes that would indicate that, but nobody in AEW has confirmed it, and of course, they won’t until the decision is made for them to go public with something of that magnitude.”

As we noted earlier, a recent Instagram story of Punk has began speculation that he could appear at AEW All Out 2021 pay-per-view (tap here to read more).
