• WWE Originally Planned A Very Surprising WWE Title Change Prior To Their Saudi Arabia Show In May

According to The Dirty Sheets, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan is still not interested in going to Saudi Arabia (WWE’s next show over there will be in May).

To counter this problem, WWE originally planned to book former 205 Live wrestler Mustafa Ali to defeat Bryan to win the WWE Championship.

Ali would’ve then worked the Saudi Arabia show in May as the WWE Champion. However, WWE didn’t plan a long Title reign for Ali, as he would’ve dropped it back to Bryan shortly after the Saudi Arabia show.

It looks like this plan is no longer in consideration, as WWE officials are seriously discussing the idea of putting the WWE Championship on Kofi Kingston (tap here to know more details).
